The Take Me Home Registry is a free, confidential program by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department designed to help individuals with cognitive or developmental disabilities who may have difficulty communicating if they become lost or need assistance. The registry provides first responders with critical information to safely return individuals to their families or caregivers in times of emergency.
