The Faculty Leadership Series at TPI supports faculty and instructors who prepare future school and district leaders through evidence-based, inclusive administrator preparation. This virtual session, Redesigning Leadership Preparation: Embedding Inclusive Systems & Practices to Support All Learners, focuses on integrating inclusive systems and leadership practices into administrator preparation programs to better support all students.
Presented by Dr. Golnar Abedin of American University, this ninety-minute session introduces faculty to strategies and resources designed to strengthen leadership programs and instructional practices. Participants will explore practical ways to embed inclusive systems, policies, and practices into Administrative Credential and Educational Leadership coursework, helping future principals create school environments that promote equity, engagement, and high expectations for all learners.
