The Thompson Policy Institute on Disability at Chapman University presents the first session of its Fall Webinar Series, exploring how teacher residency programs can support educator recruitment, strengthen district-university partnerships, and create more sustainable teacher workforce models during a time of budget shortfalls and changing workforce needs.

Rebecca Hatkoff, TPI Consultant and founder of Possibilities Unbound; Serena Arias, HR leader at Visalia Unified School District; and Eddie Partida, Associate Professor at Cal Poly Pomona, will share practical strategies for redesigning teacher residency programs, strengthening educator recruitment, building stronger partnerships, and preparing for upcoming California state funding opportunities.
