TPI invites faculty and instructors in Administrative Credential and Educational Leadership programs to join our upcoming virtual Faculty Leadership Series session, Rethinking Behavior in Leadership Preparation: Moving Beyond Compliance and Designing for Engagement with UDL, presented by Antratesha Fitzgerald. This free ninety-minute session will explore how leadership preparation programs can shift from compliance-focused approaches to behavior toward strategies that promote engagement, inclusion, and learning through Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Participants will examine structures, mindsets, and instructional practices that deepen inclusive leadership and support future school and district leaders. The event takes place on February 11 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm PST.
